I'M NEW... HOW DO I PLACE MY JEWELRY ORDER?
Choose a VELVET, SATIN, LACE or CHIFFON CHOKER from the
"VELVET COLOR CHOICES" & "CHIFFON CHOKER CHOICES"
PAGES, linked at the top of the left sidebar, and WRITE DOWN THE MATERIAL, COLOR & WIDTH you want your choker(s) to be constructed from..

Click on the "ADD TO CART" button below your item(s) one time for each choker you would like to purchase. For example, click the same button 2 times to purchase 2 of the same choker. You can also update the quantity of each of your items right in your shopping cart. Then, when you are finished ordering, click on the "CHECK OUT" button in the bottom of your shopping cart, and follow the instructions provided in the shopping cart system.

DON'T FORGET to INCLUDE the following 5 CHOICES for EVERY CHOKER,
either in the DROP DOWN BOXES next to most "Add to Cart" buttons,
or in the "NOTES" section on the last page of our shopping cart payment form:

1. "Exotic" "Animal" "Faux Gem" "Victorian" or "Cameo & Size of Cameo"
2. Charm, Pendant or Cameo Number
3. Setting Color + Style (the clasp will match the setting choice)

CAN I CHOOSE ANY PENDANT AND ANY CHOKER MATERIAL?
YES! Simply click on the "ADD TO CART" BUTTON under "CUSTOM CHOKERS"
and then design your piece by choosing the 5 elements outlined below the button.
Unless otherwise stated, you may combine most pendants with any material you wish.

WHAT IF I DON'T SEE THE MATERIAL or PENDANT I WANT?
NO PROBLEM! Simply EMAIL US and we'll see if we can get it for you. On orders of 6 chokers or more, we will do our best to purchase
YOUR CUSTOM COLOR & MATERIAL at NO EXTRA CHARGE!

HOW DO I DESIGN & ORDER A CUSTOM CHOKER?
To order a "custom choker," simply CLICK ON the CUSTOM CHOKERS LINK!
Design your custom choker by choosing your pendant AND setting from one of the
labeled pictures. Enter your custom choker choices in the drop down boxes & CLICK THE "ADD TO CART" BUTTON. Any further custom instructions for your jewelry designer can be added to the NOTES SECTION on the last page of our PAYMENT FORM.

HOW LONG ARE THE CHOKERS?
The standard choker is adjustable from 13"-16" with a claw clasp.
This accounts for 90% of the chokers we ship annually.
If you do not specify any custom length or custom clasp,
the standard length & claw clasp will be shipped automatically.

ARE ALL THE CHOKERS ADJUSTABLE?
It's a "custom choker," so the CHOICE is YOURS!
We offer 5 different clasps to fit everyone's taste.

1. The filigree, VICTORIAN CLASP is very beautiful,
but NOT at all adjustable.

2. The LOBSTER CLAW CLASP is completely secure,
and adjustable up to 3" using the included extension chain.

3. The OPEN HOOK CLASP is easier to close behind your neck, although less secure than the fully closed claw clasp,
and also adjustable up to 3" using the included extension chain.

4. The VELCRO CLOSURE is easist to close behind your neck,
very secure, featuring hundreds of tiny hooks that close automatically,
and adjustable up to 2", which is the length of the velcro strip in the back.

5. We also offer 45" long chiffon chokers that tie in a bow at the back.
This is the genuine way ribbon chokers were worn in the Victorian period.

I DON'T WANT A "STANDARD" 13"-16" ADJUSTABLE CHOKER.
HOW DO I CHOOSE A CUSTOM LENGTH & 1 of the 3 CLASPS?
Simply make your CUSTOM CHOKER LENGTH CHOICE using the
DROP DOWN BOX located beneath many of our items. OR...
List your custom choker length & choice of clasp in the "NOTES" section,
an empty box for your text located on the last page of our payment form.

WHAT IF MY NECK IS SHORTER OR LONGER THAN AVERAGE?
When we say "custom chokers" we mean it! *smile*
Our chokers are available in ANY LENGTH you wish,
and we offer several types of clasps to suit everyone's needs.
Simply list your custom choker length & choice of clasp
in the "NOTES" section on the last page of our payment form.
If you choker(s) arrive and do NOT fit because you chose the wrong size,
simply mail your choker(s) back to us with a note stating what is wrong with it. We will fix your jewelry & return it to you... BOTH AT OUR COST!

WHAT ARE THE CAMEOS & RHINESTONES MADE OF?
Unless otherwise stated, all cameos are molded from a very hard resin.
Unless otherwise stated, all rhinestones are molded from a hard acrylic.
NOTE: We offer many GLASS CAMEOS & RHINESTONES...
DESIGNER ORIGINS & MATERIAL are listed on each item's page!

WHAT ARE THE JEWELRY SETTINGS MADE OF?
Unless otherwise stated, all jewelry settings are genuine, vintage brass,
gold plated or silver plated metal findings... vintage whenever possible.
NOTE: We can order STERLING SILVER SETTINGS for orders of
6 or more pieces upon request & it will add 2 weeks to your order time.

WHAT IS YOUR VELVET RIBBON MADE OF?
Some velvets are vintage & some are new, and there are 2 kinds:
thin with a semi-stiff, satin backing OR thick with a soft, rayon cloth backing. *Most* of our 1" width or less velvets have a cloth backing.
*Most* of our 2" width or more velvets have a stiffer, satin backing.
(2" BLACK VELVET features a soft, cloth backing.)

to check what type of velvet is available for your order.

HOW LONG DO ITEMS TAKE TO MAKE?
*Most* items are made & shipped within 5 business days of payment.
EXPRESS MAIL ITEMS ARE OUR 1ST PRIORITY, being made & shipped 1st.
Please keep in mind, construction times can vary based on the complexity
of the item(s) ordered, time of year (holiday seasons) and quantity of order.
For large wholesale orders, EMAIL US to request your shipping time!

HOW LONG DO ITEMS TAKE TO SHIP?
We ship twice each week, usually on Monday & Friday or Saturday.
Most pieces ship within 5 business days of payment being recieved.
EXPRESS MAIL ITEMS ARE OUR 1ST PRIORITY, being made & shipped 1st.
EXCEPTIONS are our custom rhinestone belt buckles, which need to be ordered from our supplier *after* payment is received for them.
Wholesale orders *may* also take an additional 7-10 days for to be shipped, depending on the complexity of the items and actual size of the order.

MOST ITEMS SHIP VIA FIRST CLASS USPS, which is included
in your payment. We will gladly ship your item(s) any method you wish.

HOW DO I SEND PAYMENT?

DO YOU COMBINE SHIPPING on MULTIPLE ITEM PURCHASES?
YES! US S&H starts at ONLY $4.95 & each additional piece of jewelry is only a minimal fee, usually $.50-$1.00. This amount is figured by the total in your shopping cart. In order to received combined S&H, all items MUST be paid for with A SINGLE PAYPAL PAYMENT or money order and shipped together.

I'M HAVING SHOPPING CART PROBLEMS & CANNOT COMBINE SHIPPING on MULTIPLE ITEM PURCHASES!
We apologize if any customer is having problems with our shopping cart system while trying to combine multiple purchases. We gladly refund any additional shipping charges incurred when a customer purchases items individually, and we can ship them together to save them money.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
We are happy to accept returns on *most* items. IE. Items that are not
so overly customized that we can not sell them. We can not accept returns
on wholesale orders that were purchased especially for that customer.

DO YOU GUARANTEE YOUR JEWELRY AGAINST BREAKAGE?
YES! We guarantee our chokers against breakage via "normal wear and tear" for the 1st year you own them. If your "jump ring" opens, your clasp breaks, or your choker clamps tear your choker, we will fix it... FOR FREE!
Simply mail your choker(s) back to us with a note stating what is wrong with it. We will fix your jewelry & return it to you... BOTH AT OUR COST!
